‘The End of Dream’ competes in APSA for award

The 11th Asia Pacific Screen Awards has nominated ‘The End of Dream’ as one of the competitors to receive award.

Mohammad-Ali Talebi’s ‘The End of Dream’ and four other films compete at the 11th Asia Pacific Screen Awards in the Best Youth Feature Film category to receive award.

The location of the film is a village in northern Iran. It depicts the story of a boy who falls in love with a horse that has been bought by his father. The relation causes a lot of troubles for the boy.

The Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) is an international cultural initiative of the Brisbane City Council, Australia, to honor and promote the films, actors, directors, and cultures of the Asia-Pacific region to a global audience.

Iranian cinema has always been among the major competitors at the APSA every year.
